Concept Visuals
Utilizing expertise in design software and creative thinking, we can generate early concept visuals that capture the essence of your ideas. These visuals serve as a foundation for further development and refinement, providing a clear idea of the project's direction.
3D CAD and Prototyping
Using 3D CAD software we can create detailed 3D models that accurately represent your visual concepts. Additionally, we have experience in rapid prototyping techniques, which allow for the quick creation of physical prototypes and have our own high resolution 3D resin printer which can reduce lead time from external suppliers. These prototypes serve as a tangible manifestation of the design enabling validation before proceeding to the next stage.
Production Intent
Once happy with the above we look to transition designs from prototyping to production intent. We are experienced in optimizing designs for manufacturability, working a lot with reputable companies such as plastic injection moulding, sheetmetal fabrication, die-casting, CNC machining, printed screen displays etc. This can also help produce an accurate BOM cost for your product(s).
E6
The E6 was to be the companies premium worktop mounted all in one water dispenser. With our knowledge in injection mouldings we were responsible for providing a full plastic outers and inners. Proof of concept and fitment was done using high quality 3D printed prototypes.
E7
Supporting the engineering team the E7 was seen as the companies flagship product. Utilising the existing premium tap the brief was to provide a freestanding unit with a quality feel. The most critical part to execute was the worktop, working with a corian worktop supplier it had to ensure it fitted seamlessly with the sheetmetal frame, touch lens, tap and font.
QB Rooms
Assisting a startup garden office company, the brief was to design products based on initial drawings and subsequently create 3D photorealistic renders. This involved translating conceptual sketches into detailed 3D CAD models, employing advanced rendering techniques to apply realistic textures, materials, and lighting. The objective was to produce high-quality visualizations that effectively communicated the design's aesthetic and functional qualities.
Sheetmetal Fabrication Design
With strong connections to local sheet metal companies, we successfully designed and fabricated stainless steel components for classic motorbikes, addressing the challenge of replacing obsolete original parts.
